Assalamualaikum and good morning Malaysia. Today I'm going to share the steps that I've made to decorate a doll cake. It was a 2kgs of Chocolate Moist Cake coated with chocolate fresh cream. The dress was iced with buttercream icing using a flat and a star nozzles.
The cake was baked in a dome shaped mould.
Chocolate fresh cream as the coating and the filling for the layers.(I cut the cake to 3 layers to fill in the fillings).
