My school celebrated this 'happening's' day on the 17th of June 2010. I made yam sponge cake and decorated fully with yam flavour fresh cream for 2kg.
Guess what! All the birthday teachers also got one yam cupcake each.
All these cupcakes were in medium size paper cups with plastic casing.
Not forgetting, I also made special American chocolate cake for my ex-school's friends in Putrajaya which was ordered by my cute 'sis' Hasanah@ Hashbrown@Hashtubee..I really miss her sweet smile.
