American Chocolate Cake









My 3rd sister celebrated her 31st birthday last week.  As a gift, I made this special American Chocolate Cake heavenly coated with chocolate ganache.  My friends always inquire, what's the difference between Chocolate moist cake and American Chocolate Cake.  Well, this American chocolate needs to beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add some eggs, vanilla essence and continue beating.  Later, alternate add   the flour and the chocolate paste.  Meanwhile, the chocolate moist cake is the mix of sugar, oil, flour, coco powder and some fresh milk.
