Ice Cream Cake

I made 11/2 kg of Ice Cream cake for my friend Zurina. It was a vanilla sponge cake layered with Neopolitan ice cream. Then it was coated with Vanilla fresh cream and decorated with the ice cream itself.. Mmmmm, yummilicious I tell you. Guess what! It last till 2 hours inside the special container.
