How to decorate Hello Kitty Cake

Today I'm going to share the steps I'd made to decorate a very simple Hello Kitty cake.  All you need are a kg of American Chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, buttercream icing and sliced almonds.

Firstly, coated the cake with the creamy chocolate ganache.  Then draw the base using a skewer.

Secondly, make the outline of the design using white buttercream icing.

Now, it's up to you to colour the empty spaces according to your taste.

The sliced almond is used to enhance the beauty of the cake.
