I made this 2 kg chocolate moist cake for my old friend's daughter, Rafidah. She wanted a doll cake with Muslim attire. So for the Barbie doll, I coated the head with sugar paste scarf and a blouse too. Then , the skirt was decorated with butter cream icing.
