Resepi Kek Coklat Kukus yang Paling Mudah

Assalamualaikum. Hari ini MHC nak berkongsi satu lagi resepi kek coklat kukus yang sangat diminati ramai oleh mak, ayah, adik beradik dan rakan taulan. Bila masuk ke dalam mulut terus saja cair tak tahulah pergi ke mana hehehe.. Semuanya di sukat mengikut cawan minum biasa kita. Kemudian sekiranya kita tiada mixer gunakan sudip sahaja untuk memukul bancuhan telur. Rasa-rasanya Cik Patung Hujan pun boleh membuatnya. Resepi ni telah diajar oleh adik kedua saya yang juga sangat berminat dengan bidang pembuatan kek ini. Terimakasih Sister Nor.. I love you.

Inilah cawan penyukatnya. Kita perlukan 2 cawan tepung superfine, 2 cawan serbuk koko, 11/2 sudu besar baking powder dan 1 sudu besar baking soda.

Gaulkan rata-rata semua adunan tadi di dalam mangkuk sehingga sebati seperti foto di atas. Kemudian di ayak adunan tepung itu. Ini untuk mengelakkan rasa pahit soda bikarbonat yang tidak digaul rata.

Dalam mixer pula, pecahkankan 4 biji telur gred A dan 2 cawan gula pasir. Pukul lebih kurang 5 minit sehingga kembang. Kemudian masukkan 1 cawan susu cair dan 1 cawan minyak jagung. Putar perlahan-lahan lebih kurang 5 minit.

Selepas ini kita akan satukan adunan kering ke dalam bancuhan telur tadi.

Putar perlahan-lahan. Akhir sekali masukkan 1 cawan air suam ke dalam adunan ini dan putar lebih kurang 3 minit sahaja.

Inilah rupa bancuhan kek coklat kukus yang telah siap tadi. Bolehlah diisi ke dalam bekas plastik mengikut saiz yang anda suka. Jangan lupa untuk memanaskan dulu periuk kukus anda sebelum mengukus kek ini lebih kurang 30 minit.

Untuk topping pula, kita perlukan 1/2 cawan gula pasir, 1/2 cawan koko, 1/2 tin susu pekat dan 1 sudu teh butter. Satukan semua bahan-bahan tadi dan kacau di atas yang perlahan. Sentiasa dikacau supaya ianya tidak hangit di periuk. Ia akan menjadi likat bila gula mula mencair. Boleh disapu diatas kek yang telah menyejuk dan dihias dengan coklat urai dan badam cincang.

Assalamualaikum and Salam Satu Malaysia. Today, I'm going to share the steps I'd made to decorate a 3 tier wedding cake with gold theme. This cake was ordered by my neighbour Kak Yah dan Uncle Robert for her eldest daughter's wedding. I baked 3 butter fruit cakes of 3kg, 2kg and 1kg. After chilled them for one day, then iced them with buttercream icing. Finally, I gave a final touch up using a star shaped nozzle to create the design.

It looks simple but NICE......:)

Assalamualaikum and good morning Malaysia. Today I'm going to share the steps that I've made to decorate a doll cake. It was a 2kgs of Chocolate Moist Cake coated with chocolate fresh cream. The dress was iced with buttercream icing using a flat and a star nozzles.

The cake was baked in a dome shaped mould.

Chocolate fresh cream as the coating and the filling for the layers.(I cut the cake to 3 layers to fill in the fillings).

Resepi Kek Lobak yang sangat mudah dan sedap/Simple Carrot Cake Recipe

Assalamualaikum buat peminat blog yang setia. Harini saya ingin berkongsi pula satu lagi resepi yang mudah dan juga sangat digemari oleh kawan-kawan dan saudara-mara saya. Apalagi kalau bukan kek yang sangat berkhasiat dan enak rasanya. Cubalah.

BAHAN-BAHAN / INGREDIENTS
A) 180 gm telur (3 biji)/180 gm eggs(3)
      180 gm gula perang/180 gm brown sugar
      1/4 st garam/1/4 tsp salt
      1st ovalette/ 1tsp ovalette
B) 150 gm parutan lobak / 150gm carrot flakes
      100 gm kepingan nenas/ 100 gm pineapple slices
        50 gm kismis/ 50gm raisins
C) 200 gm tepung gandum / 200 gm plain flour
1/2 st serbuk penaik / 1/2 tsp baking powder
      1/4 st serbuk soda bikarbonat / 1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
D) 1st esen vanila / 1tsp vanilla essence
      50gm kacang walnut / 50 gm walnuts
E) 100 gm mentega dicairkan / 100gm melted butter

SALUTAN KEJU KRIM / CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

250 gm keju krim / 250 gm cream cheese
50 gm mentega / 250 gm butter
50 gm gula kastor / 50 gm castor sugar
1 st esen vanilla / 1 tsp vanilla essence

CARA-CARA
1. Pukul bahan A sehingga naik dan kembang. Masukkan bahan (B) dan bahan (C) dan kacau sehingga sebati.
2. Campurkan mentega cair dan bancuh hingga sekata.
3. Sapukan margerin pada acuan kek. Tuangkan campuran kek ke dalam acuan kek. Bakar dalam ketuhar yang sudah dipanaskan pada suhu 180C selama 40-45 minit.
4. Salutan Krim Keju: Pukul keju krim dan mentega sehingga naik dan kembang. Masukkan gula dan vanilla lalu pukul sehingga krim menjadi lembut.
5. Biarkan kek yang sudah siap dimasak menyejuk. Kemudian salut krim keju pada seluruh kek dengan rapi. Hidangkan.

METHOD
1. Beat ingredients A ill fluffy. Add in ingredients B and C and mix well.
2. Blend in the melted butter until evenly mixed.
3. Pour mixture into a greased mould and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 minutes.
4. Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Put in sugar and vanilla and cream again until smooth.
5. When the cake is cooled, cover it with cream frosting. Serve.

Assalamualaikum. Harini saya ingin berkongsi resepi yang telah diberikan oleh Mak Yang Khairiyah saya dari saya bersekolah menengah lagi. Saya rasa kek butternya sangat sedap dan gebu. Bodek punya bodek akhirnya dapatlah resepi dari beliau dan tersangatlah mudah diingati umpama formula Matematik. Mana tidaknya dia sebut, ingat aje 2 2 4 6 mesti jadi punya. Rupa-rupanya ia adalah kiraan untuk cawan yang akan digunakan untuk menyukat bahan-bahan tersebut. Resepi ini juga adalah resepi asas dan boleh dicampurkan dengan bahan-bahan lain untuk variasi rasa kek seperti kek marble, coklat, oren, pisang, pandan dan sebagainya. Gunakan kreativiti anda untuk mencipta resepi kek baru.

Resepi Asas Kek Mentega (Basic Butter Cake Recipe)

2 cawan tepung kek(2 cups of self raising flour)
2 cawan mentega (2 cups of butter)
4 cawan gula kastor ( 4 cups of castor sugar)
6 biji telur gred A (6 eggs )
secubit garam ( a pinch of salt)

CARA-CARA
1. Pukul mentega dengan gula dan garam sehingga kembang.
2. Campurkan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan pukul sehingga sebati.
3. Ayak tepung dan masukkan ke dalam campuran di atas. Gaul sehingga sekata.
4. Sapukan marjerin pada acuan kek. Tuangkan campuran kek ke dalam acuan. Bakar dalam ketuhar yang sudah dipanaskan pada suhu 180 C selama 40-50 minit.

METHOD
1. Cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs gradually and blend well.
3. Sift the self raising flour and add into the mixture. Mix till well and combined.
4. Pour batter into a greased mould. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40-50 minutes until done.

Today I'm going to share the steps I'd made to decorate a very simple Hello Kitty cake. All you need are a kg of American Chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, buttercream icing and sliced almonds.

Firstly, coated the cake with the creamy chocolate ganache. Then draw the base using a skewer.

Secondly, make the outline of the design using white buttercream icing.

Salam pagi yang ceria buat peminat blog Teacher Maria. Harini saya nak berkongsi lagi gubahan hantaran perkahwinan yang ditempah khas oleh Pn Fatimah Shamsuddin, cikgu Matematik di sekolah kami. Anaknya yang sulung melansungkan perkahwinan semasa cuti sekolah ni. Maaf ya kak, Saya tak dapat hadir ke majlis ini kerana ada jemputan lain di Ipoh. Jadilah hasil kerja tangan saya yang tak seberapa ini sebagai tanda kenangan dari saya.

Puan Fatimah mahukan deko yang simple tetapi nampak mewah. Oleh itu dia berminat menggunakan warna tema 'golden' untuk tempat paha, alas paha, manakala menggunakan bunga satin putih untuk nampak kontras. Kalau nak lihat set hantaran perkahwinan tema 'silver and black' sila klik disini. Saya buatkan khas buat adik lelaki saya Mohd Faiz tempohari.

Gubahan telekung penuh kerawang keemasan yang diletakkan di atas bakul nampak naik serinya.

Gubahan kain merah hati yang disulami manik dan labuci diletakkan dalam sangkar emas menampakkan keunikannya yang tersendiri.

Beg tangan berjenama Guess senang sahaja dihiaskan dengan gubahan bunga lalu diletakkan di atas bakul emas.

Bekas jam tangan Guess berwarna hitam nampak kontras sekali bila dihiaskan dengan bunga kristal lambang cinta suci.

Bekas rantai tangan dan cincin diletakkan bersebelahan dan dihias dengan ringkas untuk menyerlahkan kilauan emas.

Set minyak wangi jenama Guess nampak elegan sekali setelah digubah sekalian rupa.

Resepi Kuih Bengkang@Bakar Yang Sangat Mudah

Apa khabar kawan-kawan semua. Maaflah dah lama benor Teacher Maria tak update blog. Ada masalah dengan laptop teman. (Kata Hussin.. kita bakor aje..) Terpaksa menggunakan Apple suami teman tapi tak berapa pandai menggunakannya.. Gagahkan juga le. Harini teman nak gunakan loghat negeri teman pulak sebab nak bagi resepi kuih orang lame..kueh bengkang aka kueh bakor.. ada nama lain tak? Tak kirale.. asal masuk perut.. sama aje.

Beginilah cite nye...

Mula-mula kita perlukan 3 cawan santan pekat. Terus aje tuangkan dalam pengisar.

Campur 2 cawan tepung gandum,

1 cawan gula pasir,

2 biji telur,

Bila sudah di campurkan semua bahan-bahan bolehlah dimesin sehingga semua bahan-bahan tadi bersatu sebati. Jangan lupa masukkan buah cempedak cincang untuk dikisar sekali.

Ini lah 1/2 mangkuk cempedak yang telah dicincang. Kalau nak buat bengkang pandan pula cuma digunakan air pandan dicampur dengan kelapa parut dan diperah santannya(sebanyak 3 cawan). Nak gunakan jagung pun boleh juga.

Inilah rupa periuk untuk membakar bengkang..tradisional gitu. Buat bakar kek butter pun boleh. Gunakan api yang paling kecil sekali supaya ia bakar dengan setara dan tidak hangit di bawah. Pastikan loyang dilaser dengan minyak atau margarin terlebih dahulu supaya adunan tidak melekat. Kemudian barulah dituang adunan untuk dibakar.

Inilah rupa kuih bengkang yang telah selesai di bakar lebih kurang 45 minit hingga 1 jam. Nak tahu kuih dah masak ialah dengan mencucuk kuih tu dengan lidi. Kalau lidi tu licin dan tidak melekat dengan tepung bermakna kuih dah masak. Kek pun begitu juga caranya.

Kuih ni biarlah disejukkan dahulu sebelum dipotong kerana nanti melekat-lekat pula.

Sesuai untuk minum petang buat cik abang dan anak-anak semasa cuti sekolah ni.

Inilah rupa tekstur kuih bengkang Teacher Maria. Cubalah..

Hi viewers, I think all the teachers in Malaysia still in the Teacher's Day mood. Why did I say so? Until now, I still received goodies from my beloved students and ordered for the cakes.
This cake was ordered by Hanisah for her daughter's teacher. It was a kg of Kiwi sponge cake with vanilla fresh cream.
Since it was a last minute order, so the decoration was slightly simple but the taste was absolutely gorgeous.

American Chocolate cake which was heavenly coated with chocolate ganache and decorated with sugar paste letters and flowers.

American Chocolate cake, again decorated with chocolate ganache and butercream icing flowers.

My beautiful headmistress,Pn Rohaidah with four dedicated senior assistant teachers, Pn Shikin, Pn Asnah and Pn Mimi were ready to cut the cakes.

This is my 3rd year of celebrating the Teacher's Day in S.K Kota Warisan. We really had great time with all the activities created by the teachers to the teachers as to show our talents to the pupils and built up great relationships among the colleagues.

This year I made three cakes, two big cakes of 2kgs and a kg of chocolate cake for Ayu, my friend. I made a Pandan Cake and American Chocolate Cake (which was ordered by Pn Rabiah, the bookshop owner in 2009).

Well, my mum and dad in Ipoh really fond with whatever I cooked for them even my simplest fried noodles. Last weekend, I went back to my hometown to celebrate Mother's Day with my third sis, Halimatun Sa'adiah and my fifth brother, Muhammad Faiz.
My sis presented my mum with 4 pots of orchids. Well, as usual I made her my yummy muffins and not forgetting I bought her the finest clothes for her to make baju kurung.

How to decorate Spongebob Cake

Hi viewers. Happy Worker's Day all throughout the world.
Today, I'm going to share on how to decorate Spongebob Cake using orange sponge cake. Firstly, all you need are a kg of orange sponge cake and some whipping cream with orange flavour. You can see how the whipping cream was beaten for 8 minutes to get the soft peak like this.

The whipping cream was ready to be spread on the cake.

The sponge cake was cut into 3 layers.

Spread the first layer with the cream.

Spread the second layer with the cream too.

The cake was fully decorated with the cream.

I drew the image using chocolate ganache.

Then started to fill in the image with more colours using buttercream icing.

This cake was ordered by Rosmawati for her daughter's teachers at SK Kota Warisan's pre- school.

Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Hi everybody, as I promised before, hereby I share my recipe of Chocolate ganache which suist to decorate my chocolate cake.

Ganache is from French is a glaze, icing or filling for pastries made from chocolate and cream. Its origins date to around 1850, when it was invented in either Switzerland or France. Ganache is normally made by heating heavy/double cream. then pouring it over dark semi-sweet chocolate. Here are the ingredients:

1 litre of whipping cream (I usually use Emborg brand)

50gm butter

3 tablespoons of golden syrup

1 kg of chocolate cooking

Method:

1. Firstly, heat the steamer

2. Pour the whipping cream into another pot and heat it on the steamer.

3. Add in the golden syrup and the butter.

4. When you see the butter had melt, put in the chopped chocolate.

5. Turn off the stove and keep on stirring the chocolate until it is fine.

The ratio of chocolate to cream is varied to obtain the desired consistency. Typically, two parts chocolate to one part cream are used for filling cakes , while one to one is commonly used as a glaze. Cooled ganache can be whipped to increase volume and spread to cover a cake.

Roll Tart Making Process

Hi viewers, it's Friday again. My favourite day of the week as the working time is short. I enjoy going to the night market in Taman Chempaka, Nilai every week. I call it an International night market as we can meet all sorts of people from all over the world. There are stalls selling the most delicious nasi beriyani gam, mee bakso tastes as you are in Indon, Hainanese chicken rice from Gemas (Lotak lotak abis) and not forgetting all kinds of local and imported fruits. You name it..everything's there.

Today I'm going to share the process of making roll tart. This tart is fond of everybody as it melts in your mouth. I'll share the recipe in my next entry. Have enjoyable weekends.

I just use a plastic tart mould.

Put the dough inside the mould and press it on your palm.

Fill it with the pineapple jam.

Ini ialah kek yang tak pernah ku buat seumur hidupku ataupun yang baru ku dengar pada tahun ini. Namanya kek patung hujan. Apa lagi cik Faezah lah peminat patung hujan ni. Asal patung hujan ni dari negara Jepun. Kononnya patung ni digantung di hadapan pintu rumah mereka untuk memanggil hujan. Betulkah Faez? Kita lihat proses mendekorasi kek patung hujan atau Terubuzo Cake ini. Layannzzz...

Sorry, you all kena sengetkan kepala nak tengok rupa patung hujan nie... Mula-mula kita perlukan sebiji sponge cake lebih kurang 1 1/2 kg. Di topping dengan fresh cream icing perisa yam, baru ngam. Kemudian gunakan cake tester atau lidi (yang bersih semestinya) untuk melakar imej yang dihajati. Kemudian gunakan coklat icing untuk menghitamkan imej.

Macam dah jadi, tapi belum lagi......

Gunakan piping jelly yang boleh di beli di kedai kek berwarna crystal clear. Jadi kita boleh warnakan nya sesuka hati.

Tepi kek boleh dihias dengan coklat ganache supaya rasanya lebih mengancam dan kelihatan vogue sikit..

Dah siap deko patung hujan boleh lah dihias dengan bunga ros icing supaya nampak mewah gitu...

Ni lah senyuman menawan seorang lawyer..eh tersilap seorang cikgu muda yang baru posting, yang sering dibuli oleh kakak-kakak cikgu seniornya. Baru nak sambut birthday kali pertamanya kat sekolah..

Simple American Chocolate Cake Recipe

Hi viewers, sorry for not updating my blog for such a long time..hehe.. I'm quite busy these few weeks due to the English activities at my school.. My oh my.. I thought last week was the end of the hectic day but next week the Thais will be coming to our school. Again we have to stay back, and the girls have to perform their Action Song. And I have to serve them as the MC. Then a week later me and Fida have to send our spellers to Hulu Selangor for The State Level Knowledge Discovery Spelling Competition . Please wish us luck friends!
Today I m going to share my favourite recipe which is very famous among my friends.

                             The American Chocolate Cake
A) 20gm chocolate emulco
      50gm coco powder
      200ml warm water
B) 250gm butter
300gm castor sugar
1/2 tsp salt
C) 4 eggs (grade A)
      1 tsp vanilla essence
D) 250gm superfine flour
     1/2tsp sodium bicarbonate
   1tsp baking powder

1. Combine all ingredients (A) and mix well.
2. Beat ingredients (B) until light and creamy and add in ingredients (C).
3. Fold in sifted ingredients (D) and (A). Mix well.
4. Pour batter into a 9in greased mould and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 50-60minutes later. Remove and leave to cool. Then spread chocolate cream over the whole cake and decorate it.

Upin N Ipin Chocolate Cake

Again it happened that I had to use my art skills to decorate this American Chocolate Cake with Upin And Ipin characters. They were Malaysian children's icons and everybody knew Upin and Ipin and even the Indian barber who cut my son's hair asked this question.." You want a cut like Yupin's hair? (which means bald..hehehe)

The cake was heavenly coated with chocolate ganache and then I used buttercream icing to pipe all those lines and design. The piping jelly was the last thing to beautify my art as it looked glowing on the cake.

Thanks Norizan for ordering this cake. His hubby loved the cake very much and I was very delighted.

A Doll Cake

Hi everybody.. view some photos of my doll cake. It was a 1 and half kg of yam sponge cake which was baked in skirt- like mould that I bought in Yummy Bakery in Bangi. Cooled it for a day in the fridge. The reason was to make the cake more moist. Then I used the doll figurine, wrapped in the plastic foil and inserted it in the middle of the cake.

For the decoration, I used fresh cream icing with yam flavour and some buttercream icing to beautified it. The deco is up to your creativity.

This doll cake needed to be put in a tall box. Cut at the both sides of the box so it is easier to put the cake inside. Don't forget to tape the sides again.

This cake was ordered by Rosmawati for her 11th years old daughter, Amira. Thanks Ros..

Resepi Puding Kek@Roti Yang Sangat Mudah

Pada hari ini saya ingin berkongsi resepi yang sangat mudah dan digemari seisi keluarga kami terutama buat bonda tercinta, Pn Fatimah bt Hj Mohd Noor. Ia sebenarnya adalah dari resepi Puding Roti tapi telah diadaptasikan oleh saya atas permintaan cik abang yang mahukan kelainan (kadang-kadang).

Apa yang diperlukan ialah sebuku kek (Butter atau sponge)lebih kurang 500gm (atau 8 keping roti Gardenia) yang disusun didalam loyang atau mangkuk yang tahan oven.

Kemudian saya taburkan lebihan buah ceri supaya ia kelihatan menarik. Terpulang kepada anda samada mahu menaburkan sebarang jenis buah-buahan kesukaan anda.

Setelah itu anda perlukan 50ml susu cair(atau susu segar) untuk merendam kek tersebut lebih kurang 10 minit.

Kemudian, ambil 2 biji telur dipukul bersama 4 sudu besar gula dan 4 sudu besar tepung kastard. Tambahkan lebih kurang 200ml susu cair(atau 500ml lagi sekiranya anda suka ia berkuah.) ke dalam bancuhan telur tadi.

Tuangkan ke atas kek yang terendam tersebut.

Saya juga menaburkan kismis minda di atas puding ini agar lebih enak dan berkhasiat.

Bolehlah dibakar dalam oven dengan suhu 180 C selama 15 minit.

Inilah rupa Puding Kek yang kelihatan berkilat setelah dibakar.

Lebih enak bila ditambahkan ais krim Neapolitan di atasnya.

I made these oreo cupcakes for my sis Intan since she loves them likes crazy..hehe..

This is a simple recipe where you need a chocolate cupcake@ muffin. Then some fresh cream @ buttercream icing. Pipe it on the chocolate cake and then put the oreo biscuit on top of it.
Taada.... it is done.

The Lion King Cake

This was another creative cake that I made especially for my colleague's son, Juhara. It was a kg of American Chocolate cake heavenly coated with chocolate ganache. The lion was made of sugar paste, piping jelly for the pond and I nozzled around the grass using buttercream icing. I also spread some crunch almond to make the stone's effect. Black Forest Cake Recipe

Basic Sponge Cake

Ingredients

A) 4 egg whites

6 egg yolks

200gm castor sugar

A pinch of salt

10gm ovallette

B) 130gm superfine flour

C) 30ml UHT milk

1tsp vanilla essence

D) 30ml melted butter/cooking oil

Method

1. Pour ingredients (A) into mixing bowl. Place the mixing bowl in a pot of water heated to 40-42C. Mix well.

2. Whip ingredients (A) till light and fluffy.

3. Fold in ingredients (C) slowly and mix well.

4. Mix ingredients (D) till well blended. Coat the cake mould with butter. Pour the mixture into the mould. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes.

5. Once baked, invert the cake onto wire rack for 5 minutes and turn over again. This is to prevent the surface of the cake from sinking.

Black Forest Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Chocolate sponge cake

300 gm dark pitted cherries

400gm non-dairy fresh cream

300 gm blueberry pie filling

100 gm choc block

Method

1. Slice the sponge cake into 3 layers.

2. Whisk fresh cream until light and fluffy to make icing. Place one layer cake on cake board and coat with a layer of icing. Place on top the drained dark pitted cherries. Coat again with a thin layer of icing.

3. Sandwich with another layer and repeat the above step with blueberry pie filling.

4. After sandwiching the 3^rd layer, cover the whole cake with a layer of icing.

5. Scrape chocolate onto the centre of the cake.

My 3rd sister celebrated her 31st birthday last week. As a gift, I made this special American Chocolate Cake heavenly coated with chocolate ganache. My friends always inquire, what's the difference between Chocolate moist cake and American Chocolate Cake. Well, this American chocolate needs to beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add some eggs, vanilla essence and continue beating. Later, alternate add the flour and the chocolate paste. Meanwhile, the chocolate moist cake is the mix of sugar, oil, flour, coco powder and some fresh milk. In my next entry, I shall share the recipe here.

Simple Cheese Cake Recipe

This is the easiest way of making cheese cake which I got from Astro Food Channel . For the base, you need a packet of Digestive biscuit(which I used Marry Biscuits) and 75 gm butter. Blend together and lay out on the mould. Chilled it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

For the cream, you need 750gm of cream cheese, 200gm castor sugar, 4 eggs , 2 egg yolks and 4tbsp of lemon juice. Blend them together.

Pour the mixture on the base and baked in oven for about 50 minutes with 180 C. (I used steam bath technique).

So friends, enjoy baking.

Resepi Trifle yang sangat mudah dan sedap

Bahan-bahan ( 5-7 )

· 1 tin susu cair

· 1 sd besar gula

· 4 sd besar tepung kastard

· 1 mangkuk air- utk dicampurkan dengan kastard

· ½ biji kek gulung sederhana saiznya

· 1 tin buah-buahan campur- asingkan air dan buahnya

· 1 peket agar-agar jeli kristal Nona

· 1 mangkuk air panas

Cara-cara

1. Panaskan susu cair dengan gula. Kecilkan api.

2. Bancuh tepung kastard dengan semangkuk air sejuk. Masukkan bancuhan tadi ke dalam susu cair yang sedang mendidih, Masak hingga betul-betul pekat dan kastard pekat. Tutup api.

3. Di dalam bekas berasingan, susunkan kek gulung atau kek span sehingga habis. Kemudian, basahkan dengan air buah-buahan tin.

4. Masukkan buah-buahan tin hingga habis.

5. Tuangkan bancuhan kastard ke atas susunan buah-buahan tadi.

6. Untuk jeli, larutkan jeli bersama semangkuk air panas. Kacau hingga sebati.

7. Akhir sekali, tuangkan jeli tersebut di atas kastard dan sejukkan. Bila betul-betul keras, bolehlah dihidangkan.

Hi viewers. Today I would like to share my very first basic butter cake recipe that I'd been used for all these years. You can varied the flavours by adding some essence and colours according to your desire. This cake is suitable to be made as a gift.

BASIC BUTTER CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients

A) 250gm butter

1tbsp ovellette

220gm castor sugar

1/2tsp salt

B) 4 eggs

C) 280gm superfine flour

1tsp baking powder

D) 1tbsp milk powder

50ml warm water

Method

1. Cream ingredients A until light and fluffy.

2. Add ingredients B gradually and blend well.

3. Sift ingredients C then add into above. Mix till well combined.

4. Finally add ingredients D and mix well.

5. Pour batter into a greased mould. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40-50 minutes until done.

My Steamed Fruit Cake

Salam Viewers. Its been a quite long time I did not update my blog as there were lots of my school work that I have to complete within this month. Happy Chinese New Year to all my Chinese friends and happy holidays to the others. Today I have my favourite fruit cake recipe which I would love to share with you. This recipe was taken from Cake Talk by Wendy Kor. This cake is suitable for the fondant cake as it last long andtastes better.

STEAMED FRUIT CAKE

Ingredients:

A) 150gm butter

150gm margarine

10gm ovelette

220gm castor sugar

A pinch of salt

B) 4 grade A eggs

C) 300gm high protein flour

1gm baking powder

D) 1/2tsp mixed spice

½ vanilla essence

180gm caramel

1tsp fruit cake paste

500gm mixed fruits

50gm red cherries

50gm green cherries

Method

1. Beat ingredients (A) on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape the bottom and sides before beating on high speed for 3 minutes.

2. Add in eggs gradually. Scrape and mix for 3 minute on high speed.

3. Then blend in ingredients (C) on low speed for ½ minute.

4. Add in ingredients (D) and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased mould and cover with aluminium foil. Use the medium heat to steam bake for 3 hours.

My Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

· 1 1/2 cups butter, softened

· 2 cups white sugar

· 4 eggs

· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

· 5 cups all-purpose flour

· 2 teaspoons baking powder

·         1 teaspoon salt

   Method

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour (or overnight).

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes with any cookie cutter. Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely.

Yeaaa... It was Emran's @ Chimbimbin's first birthday...
Well, Emran is my youngest nephew and loves Barney character very much. So I decided to make this 3D cake and it was really great feeling when it turned out well.
This was 3kg cake and decorated with yam fresh cream, piping jelly, drizzle sugar and chocolate.
